Nicole is an experienced trial lawyer and fierce defender of her clients’ rights. A graduate of Georgetown Law with over 7 years practicing across the Bay Area, Nicole is a passionate advocate specializing in both Criminal and Civil defense. She has built a reputation as a skilled litigator and strategic negotiator. Driven by compassion and loyalty to her clients, Nicole crafts and executes defense plans uniquely tailored to each client’s goals. 

Nicole has an extensive and diverse history of trial and litigation experience, having fought over 20 trials and numerous hearings of all types—from felony preliminary hearings, suppression of illegally obtained evidence, mental health diversion, violations of probation, restitution & more. Leading up to litigation, Nicole is adept at research and writing. She has filed various motions, writs, and appeals to the Superior Court and First District Court of Appeal. Nicole’s practice includes representation in criminal cases, civil suits, post-conviction relief, petitions for restraining orders, contempt proceedings, and small claims consultation & appeals.

Nicole is bilingual with a B.A. in Spanish and studied law for a semester at Universidad Carlos III in Madrid, Spain.

Off the court floor, Nicole enjoys coaching Mock Trial at San Rafael High School, playing pickleball, and competing at trivia.
