Patrick M. Macias
Patrick Macias has practiced law in Marin County since 1989. He has represented clients in transactional and litigation matters concerning real estate, construction and business for twenty-five years.
Mr. Macias has represented both owners and contractors in varied construction matters, including construction defect litigation, contract negotiation and interpretation, performance disputes and mechanic's lien/stop notice claims.
Mr. Macias has represented owners and tenants of commercial and residential real property in diverse matters, including land use, negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, lease negotiations, landlord/tenant disputes, debtor/creditor relationships, landslide and subsidence claims, adjoining owner disputes, co-owner disputes and eminent domain/inverse condemnation.
Mr. Macias' practice includes the representation of business owners in purchase and sale negotiations, business entity formation and dissolution, co-owner disputes, consumer protection matters and litigation matters.
Mr. Macias has served as Discovery Referee, Settlement Conference Panelist and Judicial Arbitrator for the Marin County Superior Court.
