Joshua S. Lebovits

Mr. Lebovits’ practice focuses on transactional real estate and corporate matters.  

Mr. Lebovits' real estate transactional practice includes assisting and advising investors, lenders, landlords, and tenants.  Mr. Lebovits has advised clients in a variety of leasing matters, the acquisition and sale of real estate assets, financing, and workouts.    

Mr. Lebovits' corporate practice includes advising directors, officers, shareholders, and LLC interest-holders, and advising and guiding clients in corporate formation, dissolution, acquisitions, and both domestic and international transactions.  Mr. Lebovits has assisted and advised companies in the real estate, lending, technology, consumer products, software, entertainment, and shipping industries.    

Before joining Ragghianti Freitas LLP, Mr. Lebovits worked in the Real Estate Division of the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office, for a boutique real estate and corporate law firm in San Francisco, and for a start-up focusing on the acquisition of distressed real estate in the Bay Area.

Mr. Lebovits earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
