David P. Freitas

David P. Freitas has practiced as a civil trial attorney in Marin County for nearly 40 years. Known throughout California and beyond for his unique combination of courtroom talent and litigation strategy, Mr. Freitas has tried more than 100 cases to verdict.

He has served as a member and officer of numerous invitation-only trial attorneys' organizations, including American Board of Trial Advocates (Past President, San Francisco Chapter), CAL-ABOTA (Past President), Ed McFetridge American Inn of Court (Past President), Association of Defense Counsel (Past President), American College of Trial Lawyers, International Academy of Trial Lawyers, and International Society of Barristers.
