David F. Feingold - Common Interest Developments
A former principal with Feingold and Youngling, Dave Feingold has been representing common interest developments (CIDS) since 1986.
He has served as general counsel to over one hundred and fifty associations throughout the extended Bay Area.
Mr. Feingold's practice ranges from resolving multi-million dollar construction defect claims to providing day-to-day advice on the administration of association business and, when necessary, prosecuting or defending legal actions on behalf of his association clients.
Mr. Feingold is an active participant in the CID industry, and is a frequent presenter at legal seminars for ECHO and CACM.
He has authored numerous articles on matters of interest to common interest developments.
He is a practical yet aggressive defender of community associations and the volunteer Board members who serve their communities.
Mr. Feingold is also a respected provider of alternative dispute resolution services for CID disputes, and often is asked to serve as a mediator or arbitrator in such matters.
