David F. Feingold - Construction and Construction Defect

A former principal with Feingold and Youngling, PLC, Dave Feingold has been representing clients in matters involving construction defects and construction matters since 1986.

Mr. Feingold has represented scores of community associations and owners in litigation involving construction defects. He is experienced in managing and prosecuting complex multi party construction defect litigation from start to finish, and enjoys assisting his clients not just in obtaining a recovery, but in solving the underlying problem though cost effective repairs.

Mr. Feingold also represents owners and contractors in the preparation of construction contracts and in handling the myriad of disputes and problems that may arise in the course of a construction project.
