Rodrigo D. Dias
Rodrigo Dias joined the team at Ragghianti Freitas in 2007. Mr. Dias handles the firm’s family law practice and is committed to assisting his clients resolve their family law disputes. Mr. Dias also practices general civil litigation and assists in all areas of legal services provided by Ragghianti Freitas. Mr. Dias is also fluent in speaking and writing Portuguese.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Dias served in the United States Marine Corps Reserves where he logged more than one hundred airborne jumps. While with the Marines, he was decorated with the National Defense Service Medal, the Selected Marine Corps Reserve Medal, and the Marine Corps Parachute Gold Wings.
After obtaining his degree in Psychology from U.C. Berkeley, Mr. Dias obtained a Masters of Science degree in Clinical Psychology. Mr. Dias went on to pursue his interests in helping individuals resolve personal and legal issues by attending law school at the University of San Francisco. While in law school, Mr. Dias interned at Wells Fargo Bank and at the San Francisco District Attorney's Office. He was also the tutor for the first year civil procedure class and a member of the Saul Leftkowitz Trademark and Unfair Competition Law Moot Court team.
